Vespaio Ristorante located on South Congress in Austin, Texas has been welcoming guests to their dining room since 1998. The kitchen operates by preparing everything from scratch and using the best quality ingredients that we can procure from the current season. Our restaurant is our home and you will always be welcomed and taken care of like friends and family.

All our pasta, breads, and desserts are made in house. We butcher all our proteins and use the entire animal.
LOCAL FARMS
We have created long-lasting relationships with all the local farms and meat purveyors in Texas. This allows us to source the best seasonal ingredients straight from the source.
OUR CHEF
Executive Chef Ryan Samson has been creating dishes with a depth of flavor that evokes beautiful emotions for the past 20 years in the Vespaio kitchen. His consistency and longevity in the Austin dining scene have brought many local and out-of-town foodies into our dining room over the years.
